At the Gallagher Security awards event at their UK Head Office in Warwick in July, Senseco were awarded two prestigious awards. Firstly the Gallagher Installation of The Year Award for the National Gallery Project. This was a project where we upgraded an existing obsolete access control system on site with a new Gallagher system.
This was carried out in a number of phases whilst keeping both systems operational side by side so there was no disruption to site. It was a complex project including having “middleware” written to export information from the old legacy system to the new Gallagher systems and use them together during the phased change over. It also included integration with many other systems including the Flir CCTV system and the Traka electronic key cabinet / control system. Our experience of using the Gallagher Access Control system and support from their team was second to none.
The second award was for Tony Gay as Gallagher Engineer Of The Year. Tony has worked extensively on most of our security sites for many years and was the lead engineer on the National Gallery Project. He ensured the very complex project ran smoothly and efficiently and had a close eye on all of the technical aspects. On winning the award he was congratulated by our National Gallery clients as below:
“Well done and thank you Tony for your outstanding efforts and support” – Ben Browne – Security Advisor – National Gallery.
“Well done Tony for delivering a high quality installation of the access control system with full integration of third party systems” – Michael Fox – Security and Fire Safety Management – National Gallery.
Delivering complex projects and system upgrades, migrations and lifecycle replacements on existing sites is our speciality. Come and talk to us about the range of services we can offer including:
