About our Charity “Christmas Kick-Off” Party

This is not one of our usual end user networking events – it is an industry party, so a great opportunity for everyone to come together, regardless of who they work for within the world of data centres – note that, unlike our quarterly networking events, we do not limit competitive companies from sponsoring the same event plus vendors & manufacturers may readily register to attend.  You may invite colleagues, clients, prospects, partner organisations or even friends and family.  Everyone is welcome – as long as they have a paid-for ticket of course. With COVID measures in place, we can accommodate approximately 500 people on the night so let’s all do our very best to fill the venue up!

This is a really super opportunity to make life easy for yourselves and use this event as your office Christmas party and / or client entertainment whilst letting us take on all the hard work and organisation and give something back to our chosen charities 🙂

Important Notes:

  • COVID-safe measures will be in place at the venue entrance – read more here
  • 5 drinks tokens per person will be issued which may be exchanged for prosecco, red or white wine, beer, cider, soft drinks or hot drinks at any of the bars in the venue.  Other drinks such as spirits will be available for purchase
  • Complimentary platters of festive light bites will be served at various times during the evening – Please bear in mind that it is always difficult to cater for 400(ish) people so please tell your guests not to expect a full-blown meal – it will be more of a “finger food” type of arrangement as at most parties of this size and nature
  • There is no option for any of our sponsors to bring any branding / signage to this event and no registration lists / contact details are included in any of our sponsorship packages relating to this particular event.

Being a charity event, we are hoping to gain as much support as possible however, please don’t leave it too long to sign up as we inevitably won’t have room for everyone.  This event is growing year-on year.  We had almost 40 sponsors of the most recent events!  Sponsorship opportunities are available now.  If you are interested in getting involved, please let us know.
