Since 2016, the annual DCME Charity “Christmas Kick-Off” Party has become a vibrant addition to the data centre Industry’s seasonal calendar. The event is held each year in an exclusive venue in central London. Venue details are provided to all confirmed sponsors and registrants.

How to attend this event:
The DCME Charity “Christmas Kick-Off” Party is not one of our usual end user networking events… it’s open to everyone within the world of data centres, regardless of employer or job title. You can even sponsor or purchase tickets to attend this event if your company is not a DCME website sponsor!
Individual tickets are available for purchase or buy multiple tickets as part of a sponsorship package. Why not make this your office Christmas party? Perhaps you’d like to bring some customers or partners to enjoy the festivities with you!
Tickets purchased before 25th August are priced at £215+ VAT, purchasing your ticket on the door will cost £250+VAT to – book early and save!
10% of all sponsorship and ticket revenue will be donated equally between our chosen charities post-event.

The DCME Charity “Christmas Kick-Off” Party 2026 will run from 5pm ‘til late on Wednesday 25th November. The location will be confirmed during the coming year..
It would be really wonderful to gain your support of this fantastic industry event which, once again, will help us raise as much money as possible for charity. Remember that this is the only DCME event that vendor companies may purchase tickets to attend or sponsor, even if they are not DCME website sponsors.
If you would like 5 tickets or more, it’s more cost-effective to take a sponsorship. Prices range from £1,000, £1,900 & £3,600 (+ VAT) and include 5, 10 or 20 tickets, food, drink, online & onsite branding and a 10% charitable donation.
About this event
- Since 2016 the DCME Charity “Christmas Kick-Off Party” has become the data centre industry’s official launch to the festive season.
- We will secured exclusive hire of a fantastic venue in central London.
- This is the only event that we sell tickets and sponsorships for, irrelevant of which companies work for and what their job titles are. Companies that would like to purchase 5 tickets or more will find it cheaper to sign up as event sponsors plus also offers some online and on-site branding
- This is not one of our usual end user networking events – it is an industry party that everyone is welcome to join us at so it’s a fabulous opportunity for everyone to come together, regardless of who they work for or what their job title is.
- Despite this not being branded an “end user” event, our event sponsors always end up bringing a wide range of guests which results in a great mix of industry professionals on the night to include end users, consultants, installers, engineers, architects, manufacturers, distributors etc. Additionally, many “end user” organisations choose to sponsor this event which enables a team of their key people to attend.
- Tickets are available on the door – but pre-booking your ticket secures a better price!
- Unlike our quarterly end user networking events, we do not limit the competitive nature of our sponsors plus vendors & manufacturers may purchase tickets to attend, even if they are not DCME website sponsors or event sponsors.
- Unlike our quarterly events no contact details will be shared with any event sponsors.

Ticket Information
- Entry to the fantastic DCME Charity “Christmas Kick-Off” Party 5pm ‘til late, Tuesday 24th November 2026
- 5 drinks tokens per person will be issued which may be exchanged for prosecco, red or white wine, beer, soft drinks or hot drinks at any of the bars in the venue. Other drinks such as spirits or cocktails will be available for purchase
- Complimentary platters of festive light bites will be served at various times during the evening. Please bear in mind that it is always difficult to cater for 300-400 people so please tell your guests not to expect a full-blown meal. We will serve “finger food” as at most parties of this size and nature
- Complimentary use of the branded photo booth to include hard & soft copies of photos that can be shared via social media if desired and will serve as a permanent memento of a fabulous evening
- A DJ will be playing a fantastic mix of seasonal & party music to help get everyone in the Christmas spirit so don’t forget to wear your best dancing shoes!!!

The additional sponsorship packages include 2 tickets as standard. If you require more than 2 tickets, you can either purchase these separately or, if you need 5 or more additional tickets, it is cheaper to bolt on a Gold, Silver or Platinum sponsorship (listed above) and will give you additional branding too
Filling Your Tickets
Bearing in mind that 10% of all ticket & sponsorship revenue will be donated to our chosen charities post-event, why not make this your office Christmas party and / or bring some clients / prospects along for a super evening out?
Unlike at our end user events, you can choose who to invite to attend with your tickets – you may invite your colleagues (make it a team Christmas party), customers, prospects etc and some people even invite their family members or “significant others” – at this event, the choice is yours!
What we would say is that it is well worth considering inviting some of your customers / prospects because, if you don’t invite them you risk them being invited by one of our other sponsors. Sponsorship sales are now well underway – get involved early and benefit from maximum promotional coverage!
You will be responsible for inviting your own guests and registering them on our registration portal. Don’t worry as we will guide you through the process once you have confirmed which level you would like to sign up at.
If you end up deciding that you’d rather just buy a couple of tickets as opposed to signing up as a party sponsor, tickets are available to purchase already and registration will open approximately 6 weeks prior to the event date.
