We are delighted to work alongside main contractor Mace, on the #retrofit of an existing office block in Central London for legal power house Taylor Wessing.

The project comprises of fit out and refurbishment of Levels 1- 4 and 9 & 10, to update the legal headquarters in 5 New Street Square.

The work will include working floors with interconnected staircases, client meeting floor, terrace works, a new catering kitchen and dining facilities.

With a key focus on #decarbonisation and #circular economy, the building services design by chapmanbdsp delivers energy efficiency to meet the client brief, in line with BCO guidelines.
