Hash House, a global provider of liquid-cooled data centre solutions, is taking a major step forward in the development of high-density digital infrastructure. The Challenge: Compact, Efficient Cooling in Constrained Spaces
The project required a thermal management solution capable of handling extreme heat rejection within the limited footprint of standard 45-foot containers. The goal was to maximise cooling performance while maintaining cost- and space-efficiency.
The Kelvion Solution: High-Density Cooling with Maximum Efficiency
Kelvion supplied nine V-type Dry Coolers, each delivering 2.6 MW of cooling capacity. Equipped with 22 fans per unit and spanning 13,252 m in total system length, the solution was engineered to provide powerful, reliable performance within a compact design.
Compared with previous systems offering only 1.3 MW per unit, Kelvion’s configuration doubled the cooling capacity, enabling substantial savings in:
- Installation space (-40%)
- Transportation costs (-45%)
- Piping and setup time
This improvement allowed Hash House to increase performance density and optimise overall lifecycle costs.
