Critical power protection specialist Riello UPS launches its new Multi Power2 modular range designed to deliver data centre operators smart, scalable, sustainable power protection.

Building on the successes of the original Multi Power modular UPS, the new series raises the bar for energy efficiency and flexibility.

The new range incorporates the 500 kW MP2 version along with the scalable M2S, which comes in 1000-1250-1600 kW models.

Multi Power2 is manufactured using the latest state-of-the-art technologies, including 3U 67 kW power modules that enable the range to offer best in class power density and unparalleled operating efficiency of up to 98.1% in online double conversion mode.

The new modular UPS delivers reliable performance and offers outstanding ‘pay as you grow’ flexibility whilst minimising operating costs, energy losses and cooling requirements.

In addition, Multi Power2’s new 67 kW power modules provide more than double the power density of the previous versions. While they are mechanically segregated and completely hot-swappable to eliminate any single point of failure, minimising the Mean Time To Repair (MTTR).
