DATACENTRE.ME Charity “Christmas Kick-Off” Party

The DATACENTRE.ME Charity Christmas Kick-Off Party has become a cornerstone in the Industry's seasonal calendar. This will be our fifth year hosting this event and we couldn't be more pleased. We are excited to announce that we will be hosting this year’s event on Wednesday 24hh November from 5pm 'til late in central London. The exact venue details will be shared with ticket holders closer to the event!
The DATACENTRE.ME Team were delighted to be able to host the amazing annual Charity Christmas Party for the Data Centre Industry once again, where 10% of all sponsorship and ticket sales will be donated between our chosen charities!

Following a huge amount of uncertainty surrounding COVID restrictions since March 2020, we were over the moon to be able to host the 2021 DATACENTRE.ME (DCME) Charity “Christmas Kick-Off” Party on Wednesday 24th November in central London EC1!
We were persuaded to change our minds due to the number of sponsors & end user customers who have been literally begging us to run this event as they just couldn’t bear the thought of another year without the increasingly famous DCME Charity “Christmas Kick-Off” Party!
The DCME Charity “Christmas Kick-Off” Party has become a cornerstone in the data centre industry's seasonal calendar and this was the fifth time that we have hosted this annual event (with a break in Winter 2020 thanks to COVID of course!)
This is not one of our usual end user networking events – it is an industry party and a perfect opportunity for everyone to come together, regardless of who they work for or what their job title is, within the world of data centres.
We secured full venue hire of a very large central London venue that can hold up to 1,000 people and continued with the COVID-safe measures that were implemented at our recent return to face to face event which were extremely well-received and highly appreciated by all in attendance.
Access to our event was limited to less than 500 people and there was a strict no ticket = no entry policy on the door. Individual tickets were available for purchase or, for those that wanted to secure 5 tickets or more, could sign up as event sponsors which gave them some online and on-site branding along with discounted ticket prices!
Unlike our quarterly end user networking events, we do not limit the competitive nature of our sponsors plus vendors & manufacturers may purchase tickets to attend, even if they are not DCME website sponsors or event sponsors. Equally, no contact details are shared with any of our event sponsors.
10% of all sponsorship and ticket revenue will be donated equally between our chosen charities post-event. Our chosen charities for 2021 are:
Tickets priced @ £180 + VAT each to include:
- Entry to the fantastic Data Centre Charity “Christmas Kick-Off” Party hosted by DATACENTRE.ME
- 5 drinks tokens per person will be issued which may be exchanged for prosecco, red or white wine, beer, cider, soft drinks or hot drinks at any of the bars in the venue. Other drinks such as spirits will be available for purchase
- Complimentary platters of festive light bites will be served at various times during the evening – Please bear in mind that it is always difficult to cater for 400(ish) people so please tell your guests not to expect a full-blown meal – it will be more of a “finger food” type of arrangement as at most parties of this size and nature
- Complimentary use of the branded photo booth – kindly sponsored by InfraNorth – to include hard & soft copies of photos that can be shared via social media if desired and will serve as an permanent memento of a fabulous evening
- A DJ will be playing a fantastic mix of seasonal & party music to help get everyone in the Christmas spirit so don’t forget to wear your best dancing shoes!!!
- Mix & mingle with hundreds of data centre professionals – catch up with industry peers and benefit from the vast networking opportunities that this event will offer

*Who may you invite to attend this event? This is a perfect opportunity to invite anyone you like whilst supporting some wonderful charities too. You may invite colleagues, associates, business partners, suppliers, clients, prospects, family members or even significant others – as long as all guests have a ticket, everyone is welcome to attend this event! You will be responsible for inviting your own guests and registering them on our registration portal. Don’t worry as we will guide you through the process once you have confirmed which level you would like to sign up at!
