EA-RS GROUP ACQUIRES FIRESEC COMPLIANCE LTD FURTHER ACCELERATING ONE SOLUTION OFFERING

Firesec is the sixth company EA-RS Group has acquired since last year, following the successful acquisitions of CCSS Fire & Security, AST London, UK Security Doors, Crane Communications, and the trade and assets of Essex Fire Sprinklers. The acquisitions follow the investment made into the business by Rockpool Investments and RCL 2021.

Based in Cheshire, Firesec offers a complete life safety solution by utilising leading technology to provide a systematic and transparent way of helping businesses achieve compliance with fire safety legislation. Firesec provides an array of services from fire risk assessments and electrical safety to ongoing fire protection maintenance for both commercial and industrial clients.

His new role in the Group will be to drive our digital asset management strategy, including our proprietary software Nexus – this fire compliance software system allows multi-site owners to manage their fire risk compliance across sites with full transparency. This is an exciting opportunity for EA-RS Group and is a key step in building our ‘One Solution’ offering.”

In 2021, EARS Group was backed by Rockpool Investments and RCL, with both investors providing capital to deploy into the Group’s buy and build strategy to consolidate the UK fire and security market.
