DCME End User / Buyer / Specifier Networking Event – January 2026
The DATACENTRE.ME (DCME) Team and Sponsors were joined in Canary Wharf for a relaxed evening of networking by decision makers and high-level influencers within the Data Centre industry on the evening of Tuesday 27th January 2026. If you would like to register your interest in attending a future DCME event, please do so by completing this form: Register Your Interest Here
We welcomed 242 people through the door on the night. You can download the finalised attendee list (minus names and contact details of course) by clicking here. There are 2 tabs within this spreadsheet: those that attended on the night and those that had registered in the hope of attending but, for various reasons, were unable to attend on the evening. Everyone highlighted in red text is either an event or website sponsor. Everyone in black text is an end user / consultant etc who qualifies to attend our events with an end user ticket, irrelevant of if they are a sponsor or not.
Here are some statistics relating to this event:
- 193 of the 242 attendees were “guests” as opposed to event or website sponsors which equates to 79.8%
- There were 111 people that registered but were unfortunately unable to attend on the evening
- Including event & website sponsors, the grand total number of registrants was 353; 297 of which were “guests” or, in other words, 84.1%!

“END USER / BUYER / SPECIFIER OF THE FUTURE” SCHEME:
Based on an ever-increasing number of requests and feedback from our industry contacts, we’ve started making a conscious effort to encourage our end user guests to bring an “end user of the future” to our events which we feel will help a lot of rising stars in the industry as they are just setting out on their career path. This might be a graduate engineer or someone in a junior operations or procurement role for example. Obviously, it still does include any sales, business development or marketing roles.
Due to the success of this initiative, we find we need to set out some guidelines for these potential attendees.
- An End User of the Future must be nominated by a senior manager. It is expected that this manager will accompany the EUOF during the evening as a mentor, to provide some guidance and introductions.
- Only one EUOF per Senior Manager may attend each event.
- All attendees must be over the age of 21 and photo ID will be required from anyone that looks under this age.
- Registrations received from EUOF will not be authorised unless arrangements have been made with DATACENTRE.ME in advance.
- If the number of attendees for any one company exceeds 8 for an event, the EUOF ticket will be revoked in favour of more senior guests.
- Nominations should include job title, role and reason for attending. These should be emailed to event@datacentre.me
Please take a moment to read through the below T&Cs for further details and email us at event@datacentre.me should you have any questions.
