Women of Influence Consultation
In July 2025, we invited a hand-picked group of professional women to discuss the opportunity ahead for Ruth, Nikki and the existing team. Please do not share this outside this closed group.
The original survey (in the video) is now closed. Please use this code to access a live copy.
Vision Statement
It’s no longer just about the money.
Today’s workforce is looking for more; culture, community, support, and balance. People want to work where they feel nurtured, where they can grow, and where their whole selves are valued.
A change for women is a change for everyone.
The next generation are already demanding more than traditional roles offer. They’re demanding a change to the status quo. One that reflects the realities of modern life. A single income is no longer sufficient to support a family. To attract and retain the best talent, organisations must evolve.
If you want loyalty and commitment, you must offer enrichment.
Salary alone won’t keep people. What matters today is purpose, flexibility, and a culture that uplifts.
We cannot afford not to change.
Equality, including a deep respect and value for community, family and the rebalancing of roles must be woven in the fabric of our organisations. Lifting up women and valuing their contribution in its entirety needs to be a core principle.
When we empower women, we unlock potential.
Women make up half the world’s population, so why are they still underrepresented in decision-making spaces? When diverse opinions are given space, the solutions that are created are enriched.
But let’s be honest, change isn’t easy. We need to be mindful and not forget…
“Equality feels like oppression to the privileged.” For those in positions of power, this shift may feel uncomfortable. It may feel like an attack and a loss of control. It’s necessary for progress. The journey won’t be simple, but it is essential.
The data centre industry is uniquely positioned to lead this transformation.
We are agile, rapidly growing, and resource-rich. That puts us in the perfect position to not only respond, but to lead.
We can be the change-makers,
setting the standard for what inclusive, equitable leadership looks like.
