I work for a manufacturer / supplier / vendor company.  May I attend this event?

Yes! The annual DCME Charity Christmas Party is very different to our end user events as anyone may attend, irrelevant of what their job title is or which company they work for. 

I usually receive a free ticket to attend DCME End User Events.  Do I have to pay for a Christmas Party Ticket?

Not necessarily. You may be able to accept an invitation from one of our event sponsors.  Check the Christmas Party Page and see if you have connections at any of our Sponsor Companies.

How can I register without an invitation from an Event Sponsor?

You are welcome to purchase a ticket – tickets are now on sale for £215 + VAT each (including a charitable donation).

I need 5+ tickets – are there any discounts on offer?

If you need 5 or more tickets, it’s cheaper to become an Event Sponsor (more info below)

What are the benefits of becoming a sponsor?

• You will be helping us donate more to charity

What are the Sponsorship Levels?

Silver           £1000 + VAT  including 5 tickets (£75 discount)

Gold             £1,900 + VAT including 10 tickets (£250 discount)

 Platinum       £3,600 + VAT including 20 tickets (£700 discount)

Is there a deadline to buy tickets?

Advance ticket sales and registrations will close at 5pm Friday 21st November.  After this point no further online purchases will be possible. 

I missed the deadline – can I still attend?

 Tickets will be available on the door.  Tickets purchased on the door will be charged at £300 (inc. VAT).
